Video: In Case You Weren't Sick of the Harlem Shake, Here is a Raptors Version

Amir Johnson and the Raptors decided to do one of their own.  Also, John Lucas's abilities as a dancing mascot are supremely underrated.

A Kyrie Irving Highlight Montage With Some Great Movie Soundbites

I bet even Serge Ibaka and Russell Westbrook were entertained at the choice of movie quotes dubbed over them being crossed over and scored upon.

Ok, maybe Russ did not absolutely love the Castaway bit they did, cause I thought they were going for a whole JohnnyDepp/Jack Sparrow theme to this montage?  Way to change it up on us guys.

Highlight: Kidd-Gilchrist Smashes On Drummond

I don't know if they have a seminar for the first year players on how to support each other during their rookie campaigns, but if they did, this video should be filed under the section for "Rookie on Rookie violence: Way Cool if it's on the Court".

more clear if you understand that Lavoy Allen went to Temple University.

JR Smith Played Basketball with Power Rangers and Kids

If there was an NBA player who I would suspect would enjoy playing ball with the Power Rangers, it might be JR Smith.  I mean someone who gets 'young money' tatted on his throat and salsa dances to celebrate after game winning shots, is probably pretty well-connected to their youthful self than most NBA players.

Regardless, the  photo below which really in my opinion needs no explanation, has a pretty extensive one by Dan Devine at BDL.

Some excerpts:

"This is a shooting exhibition. Everybody's going to pass the ball to the celebrity guest so he can take jumpers. Of course J.R. Smith is doing this."

"Here's how it works: The kids and Power Rangers line up a bit removed from foul-line extended, and whoever's at the front of the line gets a ball. Not all of the Power Rangers are on the line, however, which leads to one more surreal command than I thought I'd hear: "You guys: Rebound! Power Rangers, REBOUND THE BALL!"

What an awesome event for fans of the power rangers, the knicks, and JR smith.

Because if you go to Harvard, then you are desired at the ESPN headquarters in Bristol.  Take note my ivy-league nerdy sport fans.

Highlight: Paul George is Ready for the All-Star Game

Pass through the legs like 2013 Rubio. Check.

Catching and Dunking the reverse oop like 2012 Kobe. Check, check.

Paul George, I kinda think you have some valid reasons to be cocky now.

Video: Dikembe Mutombo Works for Geico Now

Dikembe Mutombo's still got it y'all.  Three years removed from the league and Mutombo just reminded me that when it comes to starring in a memorable advertisement, no one can match #55.  Even if Deek's "acting" in this 30 second commercial is basically what he did in the NBA for 19 years (run around, slap at/get in the way of people), you can't help but crack a smile at this mountain of a man.

It should impress the everyday fan to know that Dikembe was the founder of the goofy NBA player commercial.  All those stoney-face monotone lines delivered by Blake-KIA?  Learnt from Mutombo, probably.

Now that this commercial has aired during the Super Bowl, men-women-children alike should know that before Griffin and Kevin Durant were even old enough to watch saturday morning cartoons, Mutombo was trailblazing a path for NBA players to star in their own awkward NBA advertisements.

Proof: Him selling burgers.

Happy Super Bowl Sunday Y'all

Not a fan of gold-diggers nor solid colored birds, so don't really know who I'm cheering for in tonight's game.  However, it should be noted that Javale Mcgee with his nevada wolfpack roots is bro-bros with the current qb of the niners.

Let this pic sway you either way in your support of the teams playing tonight. I personally am a fan of the too-big sideways starter cap.  So if you were wondering, I'll be cheering for unorthodox hat wearing and Colin Crooked KaeCap-ernick.

Iman Shumpert's Littlest Fans

Shump's been back for 2 weeks now, but a late welcome back is still a sweet welcome back.  Cool affirmation that Iman loves the kids and they love him right back.  Check the video below for Shump's giggles.
