Alright Tim Duncan, Are You A Freaking Alien
Timmy had 20 rebounds after 30 minutes of play.  He ended up scoring 23 points and grabbing 21 rebounds including 6 offensive ones.  Tim Duncan is 37 years old and he did what he did tonight against an all-star center who is supposedly in his prime.

With the game on the line, Duncan made what would end up being the game winner, a fadeaway at the right elbow.  Be sure to check out the upwards hand slap with Manu Ginobli, which in my opinion is the most Tim Duncan of celebrations.  Tim Duncan, a really good basketball player and possibly an ageless alien.

Almost Perfect:
Trevor Ariza was 4 for 4 from both the three point and free throw line. He missed some random shot to finish the game 8 for 9 for a total of 24 points.

Unexpectedly Entertaining
The Pelicans and the Bulls were both without their young superstars.  I was pretty bummed initially with this game until Ryan Anderson decided to follow his 7 three-pointer game last night with another 7 threes tonight.  At the end of regulation, Jrue Holiday sank the game tieing and OT-forcing jumper over the really outstretched hands of Joakim Noah.

This was especially enjoyable because it looks like someone messed up on this play (check the 'mabadmabad' on Holiday's lips  at 0:19) and without that shot, this game would not have gone to not only single and double overtime but triple overtime.  The hero at triple OT was once again Holiday hitting an and-one layup over Taj Gibson.

Unconscious
Paul George was playing out of his mind, including 43 points on 7 threes with Wes Matthews basically glued to his waist the whole game.  The Trailblazer commentators were comforting Matthews at the end of the game when George just wouldn't quit hitting jumpers. The Pacers just fell short in their comeback as they lost by four to the Blazers on the road

The Pacers have now lost their second game of the season (the first one was against a Derrick Rose-led Bulls at the United Center) and the Blazers are now tied for first in the West with the Spurs.  We all thought a Lopez brother would be playing center for a top team, but it looks like its Fropez rather than Brook.

Come'on Rockets
After saying how talented i thought that the Rockets were in how they beat the Spurs in San Antonio the other night, im gonna go ahead and add that the Rockets are probably a really frustrating team to cheer for because they managed to go from beating the top team in the western conference to losing to the worst one in the conference.

James Harden had 37 points but Gordon Hayward, Derrick Favors and rookie Trey Burke all went for over 20 points as the Jazz won by 6.

Other:  According to reddit, here are Jared Sullinger and Trey Burke hanging out as kids...
